To the management and devs, i highly recommend making it possible to take "on demand" pictures through the app. Something where we can just click a button and take a picture to see whats infront of the camera. Lots of times, i have these placed around large open fields, and the camera trigger sensor doesn't detect anything at range. So, having the ability to take a picture upon demand would be incredibly useful for people in this situation!

It's a pretty good app. pictures come fast if set up that way with almost no delay. I also like the options offered for sending the pictures. What I don't like is you have to purchase another plan for a second camera instead of the option of adding it to your existing plan. I have the GOLD plan, but I can't utilize some of the tool options, and I don't know why.... you would think with the top plan, everything offered should work.

We own a good size brick and mortar gun shop. I wanted to try these as an option. I ordered in a group of them. I couldn't be more disappointed in a product. I tried for 5 days to get the application to work with the camera. I was on hold with their 800 number for 45 minutes each time and never got a human. I have filed a credit card dispute and am working to return the cameras to our distributor for credit. Total junk. I won't buy anything from wild game innovation again for our store.
